Golden Property Services

Welcome to Golden Property Services, based in Swansea, IL, proudly serving Belleville, Swansea, St. Louis, Washington Park, Cahokia, and East St. Louis. We specialize in single-family homes, duplexes, and apartment complexes from one to four bedrooms, backed by personalized management, responsive support, and easy leasing. Pet lovers are welcome too—just a one-time $350 deposit per pet, with no added monthly rent. As a locally rooted team, we combine market expertise with clear communication to create a positive experience for every tenant and owner we serve.

  • What are your business hours?

    Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM.

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. 

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal. 

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.

    To arrange a tour, simply reach out to our office and a member of our team will be happy to find a time that works for you.

    Pet policies vary by property. Please check the specific rental listing or contact our office for the pet policy that applies to the property you're interested in.
